Contact Trebalm
How to reach the Trebalm editorial desk to report an error, suggest a topic, or ask about using our material.
Trebalm is a small editorial operation, so we read everything and reply to what we can. Corrections and technical questions get priority.
Write to hello@trebalm.com. Please put one of these at the start of the subject line so it reaches the right place:
| Prefix | Use it for | Please include |
|---|---|---|
| Correction | An error in a published page | The page URL, what it says, what you believe is right, and your source if you have one |
| Question | A formulation or ingredient question | Your full formula in percentages, your process temperatures, and what actually happened |
| Topic | Something you want covered | The question you were trying to answer, and what you found instead |
| Permissions | Reusing our material | What you want to use and where it will appear |
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer medical questions, assess a skin condition, or tell you whether a product is safe for you personally. Those need a clinician who can see the skin in question. We also cannot act as your safety assessor or give legal advice on selling cosmetics in your country. See the disclaimer.
Using our material
Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is fine and needs no permission. Reproducing a whole page, a full data table or a formula page in a book, course or commercial publication needs a note first. Formulas themselves are starting points and you are welcome to build products on them, subject to the safety and labelling obligations described in making and selling balms.
Advertising and commercial enquiries
Trebalm carries advertising but does not accept sponsored articles, paid placements, product reviews, guest posts, link insertions or affiliate arrangements. Approaches of that kind will not get a reply, and the reasoning behind that is set out in our editorial standards.
